FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
At this time, we do not offer delivery or shipping. All orders are available for pickup only from North Edmonton. However, customers are welcome to arrange their own third-party pickup service (such as Uber, Uber Connect, or a local courier) if they are unable to come in person.
We require a minimum of 1 week’s notice for all custom cake orders. Each treat is made to order, and we aim to complete it as close to the pickup day as possible to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
Our cakes are handmade in small batches using 100% human-grade ingredients. We gently cook our cakes at low temperatures to retain nutrients and deliver superior quality.
While our cookies and snacks also use the same high-quality ingredients, they may be prepared using different methods and are not cooked at low temperatures.
We do not use preservatives, artificial flavours, or colors in any of our treats. For best results, we recommend keeping your treats refrigerated. With Sweetails, your dog gets a treat that’s both delicious and wholesome.
Simply fill out the order form using the provided template with your cake details and preferences. We’ll review your request and contact you via Instagram DM if we need any additional information.
Payments can be made by e-transfer once your order is confirmed.
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, all sales are final and non-returnable.
